Eliminar mi cuenta
Podés eliminar tu cuenta de Gymgotchi y todos tus datos de dos formas:
Desde la app (inmediato)
- Abrí Ajustes (el ícono del engranaje).
- Tocá Eliminar cuenta, al final de la pantalla, y confirmá.
La cuenta y todos los datos se borran en el momento.
Por email (si ya no tenés la app)
- Escribí a contacto@gymgotchi.com.ar con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta".
- Envialo desde el email con el que te registraste (o el de tu cuenta de Google), así verificamos que la cuenta es tuya.
- Te confirmamos por email cuando esté eliminada, dentro de los 30 días.
Qué se elimina
- Tu cuenta: nombre, email y credenciales de acceso.
- Tu mascota y tu progreso: nivel, experiencia, racha, días de descanso y logros.
- Tu historial de entrenamientos.
No conservamos ninguno de esos datos después de eliminar la cuenta. Las fotos nunca se guardan (ver la política de privacidad). Los registros técnicos del servidor se borran solos con el tiempo, al rotarse.
Delete my account
You can delete your Gymgotchi account and all your data in two ways:
From the app (immediate)
- Open Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen and confirm.
Your account and all your data are deleted right away.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
- Email contacto@gymgotchi.com.ar with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email you signed up with (or your Google account's email) so we can verify the account is yours.
- We'll confirm by email once it's deleted, within 30 days.
We delete your account (name, email and credentials), your pet and progress (level, experience, streak, rest days and badges) and your workout history, and keep none of it afterwards. Photos are never stored (see the privacy policy). Server technical logs are deleted automatically over time as they rotate.
